Indian pizza chain featuring Tikka Masala pies & Tandoori wings opens first Cbus location

A new chain in town is combining two of the best kinds of food: Indian and pizza, all in one.

Pizzawala‘s is officially open at 1922 Polaris Pkwy after announcing they’d be joining Columbus earlier this year. This pizza chain has its roots in Michigan and is known for giving an Indian twist to America’s favorite comfort foods. Think Butter Chicken Pizza, Chili Paneer Pizza, Tandoori Baked Chicken Wings, plus a variety of classic wing and pizza flavors, too.

Guests can customize their pizzas, choosing from New-York style, deep dish, classic crust, or even gluten-free options. They also offer four vegan options: the Aaloo Gobi, Achari Veg, Gobi Manchurian, and Veg Soy Manchurian.

The new pizza restaurant is open for carry-out only, Sunday-Thursday 11am-9pm, and 11am-10pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Although Pizzawala’s just opened, they’ve already garnered all 5-star reviews on Google, with many reviewers saying they love that the pizza boasts traditional Indian flavors.
