Local steakhouse nominated in USA Today’s list of ‘10 best new restaurants that you need to try in 2024’
This popular, family-run, steakhouse made the cut. Literally and figuratively, of course.
Cut132, a Columbus based American steakhouse located in Easton Town Center, is honored to have emerged victorious as one of USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Award winners, and included on USA Today’s exclusive list of the “10 Best New Restaurants in the U.S. That You Need to Try in 2024.”
“To find the best, we asked a panel of food and travel experts to nominate their 20 favorite new restaurants to open in the past year. Then, readers voted for their top picks to determine the winners. Here are the 10 best new restaurants, ranging from chef-driven fast casual concepts to high-end dining with a focus on hyper-local and sustainable ingredients,” said USA Today.

Coming in hot at the number 7 ranking, USA Today says that CUT132 features unique takes on fine meats to go with their contemporary interior design. “Short ribs are made with Korean spices, you can top your tomahawk steak or wagyu beef with peppercorn cognac cream or chimichurri, and they do some amazing crafted drinks…” USA Today explained. Their menu also features steakhouse classics, such as oysters, fresh seafood, pastas, five different cuts of steak, and artisanal sides, such as mac & cheese, honey brussel sprouts, and so much more.
