Longstanding Columbus bakery brings back donut offerings after halting production last year

About a year ago, an iconic bakery of more than 50 years announced they would halt their popular donut production due to “necessary business changes.” The Columbus community was devastated, for this has been a go-to spot for donuts (plus other baked goods) for over five decades.

But we’re about to make your day – Auddino’s Italian Bakery is officially bringing their donuts back!

“BREAKING NEWS: donuts are officially back! Show your support this week by stopping in and thanking Nonno Mike for bringing your dreams back to life,” a Facebook announcement reads.

Hundreds of Facebook users are already showing their excitement and support.

If you’re wanting to snag some, Auddino’s is located at 1490 Clara St. You can grab their famous cronuts and traditional Italian goods, plus now, an assortment of homemade donuts, like cream-filled, powdered, and glazed.
