Chicken Tikka Masala and a Mango Lassi – some could argue that duo is better than a burger and a Coke.

Soon, the Pickerington crowd will be able to enjoy an Indian-food feast at the new restaurant opening, called Indian Spice. Bhim Dulal, the owner of the new restaurant constructed at 1111 N. Hill Rd. said he’s excited to bring an Indian restaurant to that area of Pickerington. “I’m in the real estate business too, and people have been telling me that they want an Indian restaurant here. It should do really well,” he said.

Indian Spice’s renovations should end within the next two weeks, and Dulal said they’re projected to open in the middle of May or late May. They’ve already acquired their liquor license, and you’ll be able to pair an Indian-inspired cocktail or Taj Mahal beer with your Chicken Vindaloo.

The chefs have decades of experience, and Dulal promised that this will be a delicious outing for you and your family.
