Columbus’ newest pasta-centric restaurant has been worth the wait – for both us, and the owners, Yash and Ashok Kishinchand, who have spent five years bringing this concept to life.

The Kishinchands, who also own the popular Indian restaurant Rooh, are ready to open the doors of their newest concept, called Flour Modern Pasta Bar, located at 1540 Polaris Parkway. “We blend global flavors and pasta shapes with the comforting traditions of Midwest cuisine,” said their press release. “All our pasta is freshly made inhouse, ensuring quality and flavor in every dish.”
