Jack McLaughlin

If hot dogs and craft cocktails are all that comes to mind when you think of Law Bird Bar, think again.

Law Bird owners Annie and Luke Pierce, alongside Dillon Beck and Paul Balzer are creating sourdough Neapolitan pies at a brand new pop-up, Wolf Pizza.

The concept made a surprise debut on Sept. 16 at Law Bird Bar, but there are a handful of other dates it has currently lined up, including Oct. 7 and Oct. 26-Nov. 3.

Each of its current pop-ups will take place at Law Bird, which is located at 740 S. High St. in the Brewery District, and the latest scheduled pop-up will also see bar decked out in Halloween decor.

According to its Instagram account, the new concept is offering sourdough, Neapolitan-style pies.

You can see a full menu here, but Wolf Pizza will feature three classic pizzas and four speciality pies, including the Roman Roy (red sauce, fresh mozzarella, shredded mozzarella, white cheddar, fontina, pecorino, Parmesan and queso fresco) and the Albondigas, a “Mexican meatball pizza” with chipotle fire roasted tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, albondigas, garlic, shallot, queso fresco, crema and cilantro.
