Soon, there will be another spot to enjoy pots of coffee and pancakes for those living up North.

The Florida-based restaurant chain, First Watch, is opening their 12th central Ohio location at 6547 Artesian Run in Lewis Center, according to First Watch’s Public Relations manager.

The new 4,500 square feet restaurant filed for a construction permit around January, and First Watch told us that they’re projected to open sometime in August. The new restaurant will feature a covered patio space.

First Watch’s menu ranges from pancakes and waffles to “healthier” options, such as egg white omelettes and steel-cut oatmeal. They also offer lunch items like sandwiches and salads. And when you order a coffee, they bring an entire pitcher of it to your table. Other drink options include fresh-pressed juices.
