Popular Columbus sandwich spot likely appearing on Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives
Many Columbus foodies have already anointed Wario’s Beef & Pork as one of the city’s best sandwich spots, but now the mayor of Flavortown himself will have a say.
While the eatery hasn’t directly confirmed, Wario’s appears set to be featured on Fieri’s long-standing Food Network show, “Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives.”
The sandwich spot—which operates locations in the Arena District and Clintonville—will be on episode 10 of the show’s 40th season. The episode is titled “Meat, Hmong and Mexican.”

Part of the episode description reads:
“First, a meaty mashup in Columbus, Ohio, is slaying it with sandwiches, like their signature cheesesteak and righteous roast.”
While this could describe a handful of Columbus eateries, the show includes a recipe for Wario’s Roasted Pork as extra content for the episode.
It will premiere Nov. 8 at 9 p.m. EST.
Wario’s will join Columbus eateries like Katalina’s, Joya’s and more who have been recently featured on “Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives.”
