‘Pulp Fiction’ inspired burger food truck opening stand in popular food hall

Sav McKee

Inspired by Quentin Tarantino’s classic film, Pulp Fiction, a food truck known for giant burgers on butter-toasted brioche buns, hand-pattied meat, and fresh-cut fries fried in beef tallow, is opening their first “brick & mortar” a local food hall.

The burger joint, Burger Royale, features items that pay homage to the film, like The Royale (made to order fresh patty, lettuce, tomato, onion, East or West coast sauce), and The Big Kahuna (with BBQ sauce, Spam, and grilled pineapple). The owners, Michael Will and John Watson, combine their passion for films and decades of fine dining expertise to create a unique experience for guests.
