Ray Ray’s owner rolling into Victorian Village with new concept, featuring fried burritos, lamb smash burgers

James Anderson and the Ray Ray’s Hog Pit Powell truck are heading to Victorian Village with a new look, and a new concept in tow.

Ray Ray’s Reload, a new concept from renowned local pitmaster James Anderson, will open March 19 in Victorian Village.

This means Ray Ray’s is leaving its Nocterra Brewing space, and opening its new-look truck and concept in front of The Bottle Shop, which is located at 237 King Ave.

While Ray Ray’s Reload hopes to “stay true to [Anderson’s] BBQ roots,” it also plans to explore new flavors and dishes that “have yet to be explored around Columbus.”

According to a press release, the new food truck will feature its like Jerk Chicken Fried Burritos, Lamb Smash Burges, Briskey Fry Bread Tacos and more.

Ray Ray’s last day at Nocterra will be March 3.
