The owners of Hoyo’s Kitchen are launching a new smash burger concept

The culinary minds behind the smash-hit Somalian restaurant Hoyo’s Kitchen are diving into the Columbus smash burger scene later this month.

According to a social media post from Hoyo’s and the new concept, Rhino Smashburger Co. will hold its grand opening on Oct. 18. 

The restaurant is inside of Bubbly Hall, which is located at 6065 Central College Rd. in New Albany.

“We have some exciting news that we’ve been working on for a few months and can finally announce,” the post reads. “We are opening up a Smashburger concept with all of the flavors and flair that you’ve come to expect from your friends at Hoyo’s Kitchen.”

Rhino Smashburger Co. will offer what it refers to as “the big 3,” smash burgers, loaded fries and hand-scooped milkshakes.
