While it isn’t staying for very long, the hugely-popular Seattle bakery Piroshky Piroshky is coming to Columbus.

According to a press release, the Seattle concept is holding a pop-up at Combustion Brewing Co. on March 15. The stop is part of a stretch of pop-ups that will cover multiple cities across the country, including two others in Ohio, Akron and Cleveland.

You’ll need to place pre-orders by Mach 13 for the Columbus event.

The bakery’s namesake and most popular item is the piroshky, an “Eastern European turnover sandwich,” according to the concept’s website. It can be both savory, like with its Potato and Cheese or Chicken Pot Pie options, and sweet, like its Chocolate Cream Hazelnut or Rhubarb flavor.

Piroshky Piroshky first opened in the Pike Place Market in 1992, and has expanded with four additional locations, all of which are in Seattle.
