Over 40 cars vandalized in central Ohio neighborhood over the weekend
Many Short North residents woke up to an unpleasant situation over the holiday weekend.
According to police reports, over 40 cars had their windows smashed between Sunday evening around 5 p.m. and Monday morning at 7:20 a.m.
Thirty-five of the reported vandalized vehicles were parked behind the Fireproof Apartments at 1020 North High Street, and the report says that most of the cars’ front passenger window or driver’s window were broken.

Another seven people had their car windows smashed in while parked near 80 West Starr Avenue.
Currently, the investigation is still ongoing, and there is no suspect information at this time.
