Currently, there’s no listing price for the Livingston United Methodist Church that’s now for sale since being built in 1966, located at 200 E. Livingston Ave.

The church boasts 16,728 square feet with a large adjacent parking lot that would be included in the sale. “Ripe for redevelopment!” says the listing. The zoning code is listed as I-Institutional, which means that the space must serve the public in some capacity instead of just offering goods.
