Ohio one of the country’s top states for swingers, new study says

Believe it or don’t, a new study tapped Ohio as one of the country’s top states for swingers.

According to a data study from Joy Love Dolls–in which Google data searches from the past year were analyzed–Ohio is the 10th best state for swingers in the country.

The study used Google search data for more than 50 different swinger-related terms to ascertain which states were most interested in the swinging lifestyle over the last 12 months.

Ohio residents averaged 458 monthly searches of swinger-related terms per 100,000 people. For reference, this was 110 percent more on average than those living in Alaska.

The top state for swingers is likely not one you’d immediately guess. According to the study, Pennsylvania took the top spot, with an average of 660 swinger-related searches per 100,000, which is over 40 percent more than Ohio.
