Thousands of dollars found hidden in bathrooms of central Ohio restaurant & movie theater
In a bizarre, never-before-seen case for a central Ohio city, nearly $40,000 was found in the bathrooms of two separate establishments within a week of each other.
Marysville Police confirmed that $12,000 was found by an employee in the Marysville KFC’s bathroom on Thursday, April 25, and another $25,000 was found by an employee of the Avalon Theatre the following Saturday, which was also hidden in the bathroom. The employee of the theater told police they saw someone acting suspicious in the bathroom.
