Video: Wolverines player pepper-sprayed during post-game brawl
It’s probably safe to say that, by now, you know Ohio State managed to drop another gut-wrenching game to its arch-rival up north.
But at least the contest itself—and a series of post-game antics—generated plenty of dramatic entertainment.
Immediately following the game, a skirmish broke out on the field after Michigan players attempted to plant a flag on Ohio Stadium Grass.

According to the Associated Press, here’s what went down:
“After the Ohio State players confronted their rivals at midfield, defensive end Jack Sawyer grabbed the top of the Wolverines’ flag and ripped it off the pole as the brawl moved toward the Michigan bench. Eventually, officers rushed in to try to break up the fracas,” an AP report reads.
Plenty of video has emerged of the shuffle since Saturday as well.
