Rockets, robots, and racing, oh my! COSI’s Big Science Celebration features over 100 science-themed events and hands-on experiences, all for free tomorrow, and you’re invited.

On May 4th, from 11am-5pm, visitors can stop by the Scioto Peninsula at 333 W. Broad for a huge celebration, complete with scientists, researchers, and community organizations that have planned something extraordinary for every science lover out there.

Plus, twelve food trucks are making an appearance, and guests can enjoy anything from chicken wings to funnel cakes.

Last year, the celebration started off with a big bang – literally – a group of scientists gathered around and conducted a science experiment, ending in a giant (planned) explosion! And there’s much more where that came from.

The hundreds of exhibits range from playing with robots to digging for dinosaur remains, and even exploring a huge inflatable colon!
