Popular Central Ohio pizzeria to temporarily close while it searches for new home
Even though it’s a hike for those not situated on the city’s East Side, Pizzaroni’s Pizza has made a name for itself as a popular destination for classic Columbus-style pies in the seven years it’s been open.
But now, while in search of a new home, the Central Ohio pizza shop will undergo a temporary closure. It announced the closure, which is effective immediately, last night.
Pizzaroni’s was previously located at 12998 National Rd. in Etna, Ohio, just east of Reynoldsburg.

According to a statement posted to Pizzaroni’s Facebook page, the eatery will not be renewing its lease at its current location, and the owners are hoping to purchase a location of their own rather than sign another multi-year lease.
“We would like to thank our many loyal customers, many who have been with us since the opening of Pizzaroni’s seven years ago,” the statement reads. “Effective immediately we will no longer be open at our current location at Mink and Main. We hope to see you soon in a new location in our own facility.”
