Anticipated new High Bank Distillery restaurant and bar opening next week

All of our waiting is finally about to pay off.

That’s because High Bank Distiery Co. announced this morning that it’s highly-anticipated new location will open on May 18.

The new High Bank space is located at 1379 Johnstown Rd. in Gahanna.

According to High Bank President and Founding Partner Jordan Helman, the new restaurant and bar will include 7,500 square feet of interior space and a 1,600 square foot patio. It will seat roughly 280 people.

It will also include a retail store and barrel storage for the distillery’s spirits.

Helman said the new location will embrace the uniqueness of its Johnstown Road location while still staying true to the High Bank brand. It will feature high ceilings and plenty of distressed steel beams for an aesthetic that marries industrial with farmhouse-chic.
