Rio Fresh Cafe opens in the Short North

Rio Fresh Cafe’s second location is on the same street as their first space—just a bit further north. 

The downtown cafe opened its new location over the weekend–with the official grand opening taking place on May 28– according to a release shared with 614Now. 

Rio Fresh Cafe is located at 747 N. High St. in the Short North. Its new digs serves as the eatery’s second location. The original Rio Fresh is located at 50 N. High St.

Rio Fresh, which opened Feb. 14, 2018, emphasizes all-natural, organic fare. The eatery serves breakfast, lunch, smoothies, acai bowls, smoothie bowls, and pressed juices. The full menu is available all day. 

The new location is open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Sunday, and the downtown location is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
