Abdul Nagi, the owner of an already established Hilliard coffee shop called Qamaria Yemeni Coffee, has decided to expand the Pine Coast Cafe franchise to Hilliard, which is owned by a family member in Michigan, who’s a doctor and focused on nutritional options for fast-casual eating.
Pine Coast will offer a variety of grilled sandwiches, mostly panini style, filled with fresh vegetables, grilled chicken, fish, and quality meats, as well as huge salads and homemade soups, plus sides like french fries. And yes – even local ice cream, frappes, cappuccinos, and much more.
Nagi said that they’re hoping to get things going and open this month, but he hasn’t announced an opening date yet. Stay tuned!
