Donut trailer known for mini treats and long lines plans to be opening first brick & mortar

Well Columbus, it appears that you won’t have to wait in long lines at special events to get your hands on one of the city’s favorite treats.

Sofi’s Mini Donuts, a popular food trailer that’s known for their crispy, mini donuts topped with a homemade chocolate sauces or cinnamon dusting, recently filed a permit to open a permanent spot inside of Polaris Shopping Mall.

The donut business pops up throughout central Ohio at special events, and they also have a trailer at Tanger Outlets if you can’t wait until their Polaris opening, which is projected to be this Spring.
