Popular restaurant opening Dublin pizzeria concept today

Pizza from the Gallo’s restaurant group is coming to Dublin today.

Gallo’s Pizza & Bar, a new pizzeria concept from the owners of Gallo’s Kitchen, Gallo’s on High and more, is opening to the public today, owner Nick Gallo told 614Now.

“We are very excited to bring a new concept to Dublin. [Nick’s cousin and fellow Gallo’s partner Larry Gallo] grew up here and my kids are currently in school here so it is truly like a homecoming for us,” he said.

The new Gallo’s restaurant is located at 5851 Frantz Rd. in Dublin. Gallo’s Powell location closed late last year to make way for the Dublin pizzeria.

According to Nick Gallo, the new concept will offer the New York-style pizza Gallo’s is known for in a full-service restaurant setting. Gallo’s also operates a takeout-heavy pizza spot in North Market Bridge Park, called Gallo’s Pizzeria.
