Tomorrow is International Cocktail Day, which means you’d best learn about a few of our new great new cocktails from around the city, just in case you now have the urge to grab a drink or two after work.

Wolf’s Ridge, Blue Hawaii

While most of us likely know Wolf’s Ridge as a producer of craft beer first and foremost, trust us, you really don’t want to sleep on their cocktails. Head bartender Alisha Kaplan has curated a list of new feature drinks just in time for summer, and one of those is Blue Hawaii, which combines Watershed Vodka, rum, blue curacao, pineapple, lemon, lime, and sugar.

Lawbird, Rey’s Theme

Bright and floral, light and slightly vegetal, this adventurous offering from Lawbird is the perfect pairing for one of those sun-soaked spring days when the whole world seems to be waking back up. It uses Bombay Dry, Cardamaro, Lustau Fino sherry, Lustau rosé vermouth, topped with 3 ounces of Prosecco or cava.

The Citizens Trust, Award Tour

What’s that, you’d like another great spring seasonal cocktail? We’ve got you covered with a new drink from Citizens Trust. Billed as “your favorite spring cocktail” by bar manager Lindsey Gerhard, this one starts with Grey Goose Vodka, adding meyer lemon oleo saccharum, clarified strawberry syrup, Martini & Rossi Fiero, and of course—like its Lawbird counterpart—a little bit of bubbly for that effervescence.

Mouton, Everyday Superhero

This new release from Mouton is a refreshing, lower-alcohol option for one of those evenings where you’d like to grab a drink, but you don’t want that drink to grab you. The aptly-named Everyday Superhero starts off with rosemary-infused Lustau vermouth, Gifford’s pamplemousse liqueur, grapefruit juice, and soda. Simple and well-balanced, it hits all the right notes.

Service Bar, Lang’s Final Say

For our last cocktail on the list, we decided to highlight a to-go option, for those who either don’t have time or don’t feel comfortable stopping by for an in-person drink. This one features Middlewest Spirits’ pumpernickel rye whisky, green chartreuse—the only liqueur in the world with an all-natural bright green hue—Luxardo, and Lime.
