For obvious reasons, it’s hard to find an open restaurant (or an open anything, for that matter) on Thanksgiving. Whether you don’t feel like cooking, are just doing your own thing, or if you’ve made a family tradition about dining out for the holiday, don’t worry. You still have options.

We’ve put together a list of some popular Columbus eateries that are staying open on Thanksgiving. Let’s dig in.

Ray’s Ray’s Hog Pit

Ray’s Ray’s Hog Pit, the popular Columbus BBQ outfit, will be open from 11:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. this Thanksgiving. This gives diners more than enough time to grab one of their single-serve Thanksgiving plates, which includes smoked turkey or pit ham, green beans, mashed potatoes, and gravy. They’ll be available at the Ray’s Ray’s trucks in both Clintonville and Westerville.

The Guild House

Because here in Columbus we love a good Cameron Mitchell Restaurants Thanksgiving, The Guild House is ready for the big day with a fixed four-course menu featuring parsnip soup, squash, turkey, and a sweet potato roll for dessert. The dinner costs $49 person, or $79 per person with wine pairings.

Lindey’s

The long-standing Columbus steakhouse has a history of staying open on Turkey Day, and they don’t disappoint in 2021. Lindey’s offers take-home dinner boxes in addition to an expansive dine-in or take-out menu that includes everything from filet mignon to turkey to sea bass. Its Thanksgiving menu also features a wide variety of starters, sides, soups and salads.

Bob Evan’s

If you’re trying to keep it casual on the big day, opt for Ohio-born Bob Evan’s. The eatery features take-home boxes, but is also open for in-person dining (like it is every year) from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. Diners can order breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Tucci’s

It you’d rather opt for pasta or seafood on the holiday, head to Tucci’s in Dublin. The eatery is serving up a three-course Thanksgiving menu from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m., with its last seating at 5 p.m. The dinner costs $70 per person, and diners are asked to make a reservation.

The Keep Kitchen & Liquor Bar

Thanksgiving buffet, anyone? If this sounds like it’s up your alley—and let’s be honest, who doesn’t apply here—you’re in luck. The popular Columbus eatery ia featuring a full buffet on Thanksgiving from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. The buffet, which features a full range of Thanksgiving fare, costs $38 per person, or $15 fof children under the age of 11. Customers can also opt for carry out from the buffet for $45 for two plates.
