If you haven’t tried the Wokin’ and Rollin’ food truck yet, you’ll likely get your chance soon enough.

The food truck, headed up by brothers Jimmie and Jackson Harris, celebrated its grand opening April 20 during a pop-up event at Crafted Culture Brewing. John Stearns, who handles promotions for the food truck, said this event is just the beginning.

“This event will be the first of many, with the goal in mind to reach people from all over Central Ohio,” Stearns said.

The concept is hibachi-style comfort food, with menu items such as the Bomb Salmon Bowl, Hot Sesame Wings, and the Deep Fried Chicken Wrap.

Stearns said Jackson brings business expertise to the partnership, while Jimmie brings years of culinary experience, including head chef and managerial roles at Columbus staples such as BBR and Level, as well as his own solo venture, ChefDaddy.

“Providing good food to good people has always been a dream of theirs, and once the opportunity presented itself to make that dream a reality, they took full advantage of it and put their food truck into action.”
