High Bank updates menu ahead of fall season

We’re not ready to say goodbye to the hot weather yet, but we love any excuse to indulge in some fall-inspired comfort food.

If that’s you too, you’d best head on over to High Bank Distillery, where they’ve launched several new drink and food items today, just ahead of the new season.

“We’re all about innovating our menu offerings based on the seasons to keep them fresh and our customers excited. It also allows our chefs to explore their unique creativity and skills,” said President and Co-founder Jordan Helman. “There is an extensive amount of thought, diligence, and technique that is involved in the process to ensure we’re always serving high-quality food and drinks.”

For breakfast fans, there’s the Brunchwrap Supreme, featuring ground chorizo, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream, with a side of house fire dipping sauce.

And for pizza lovers, there’s the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza, featuring ranch ricotta, pulled chicken, crispy bacon, and provolone and mozzarella cheese.

What’s fall without a hearty grilled cheese sandwich? High Bank’s is the Broccolini + Mushroom Grilled Cheese, with caramelized onions, sauteed mushrooms, grilled broccolini, muenster and provolone cheese, and truffled ricotta on sourdough bread.

The menu additions don’t skimp on the drinks, either.

“It’s difficult to pick one item from our new fall menu that we are most excited about. Each one is so unique in its own way, but we have been especially looking forward to sharing the new creative cocktails with our customers,” said Adam Hines, master distiller and co-founder. “My personal favorite is the Out Of Office cocktail, which is a riff on a Manhattan, consisting of our award-winning Whiskey War Barrel Proof, averna, angostura, & orange bitters.”

High Bank is also offering a Purple Reign Cocktail, with butterfly pea-inflused statehouse gin, Lillet Blanc, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, and lemon and lavender bitters.

For the bourbon fans, there’s also the Bourbon Coffee Cream, featuring vanilla bourbon, housemade orange vermouth, demerara syrup, half and half, and Crimson Cup cold brew.

Sounds like it’s high time for a dinner date.
