New brewery opens in Gahanna

After celebrating a grand opening this past weekend, Heart State Brewing is open for business at 750 Crosse Pointe Rd.

Although the brewery is new to the scene, you might already be familiar with their drinks: Heart State earlier this year introduced a line of flagship beers for retail sale, and this summer added a new seasonal mixed four pack.

The taproom sits in a former warehouse on Gahanna’s southeast side and features an industrial vibe.

Hours are 3-10 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and noon to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
