New Clintonville eatery planning grand opening soon

A new restaurant has filled the site left vacant by the shuttering of Acre at 2700 N. High St

MozMoz opened Jan. 1 in a soft opening, and is working toward its grand opening, according to General Manager Zaid Mubaslat. The restaurant’s menu includes wings, chicken, fish, wraps, and subs.

“We chose the Clintonville area as it is a perfect mix of all walks of life, and we serve comfort food, so there’s something for everyone, from gyros to wings to even some vegetarian options like our falafel and grape leaves,” Mubaslat said.

The dishes feature in-house seasonings and sauces prepared by staff, he said.

The new spot is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily for dine-in and carryout. MozMoz also does call-in orders and has a pick-up only window for customers to grab their food on the run, Mubaslat said. Delivery is available through GrubHub.
