New Keto-focused food stop now open in Clintonville

Jack McLaughlin

The Keto Kave has officially opened its doors.

The new spot, located at 4818 N. High St., hopes to serve the Columbus community with a selection of Keto-friendly grocery and food items, in addition to a wide variety of rotating take-and-heat keto dishes, such as sausage gravy and biscuits, chicken tikka masala, pad Thai, spaghetti and meatballs, and many more.

Customers can also find a full slate of desserts, including cheesecake, cookies, pies, and ice cream bars.

Operated by the owners of Newark’s The Keto Kafe, Brian and Susan Van Ness, the new location will serve as a more retail-focused arm of the cafe.

Due to the barrage of shipping issues stemming from COVID-19, the new operation is still waiting for many of its items to arrive, although new pre-cooked meals are offered daily.

Currently, the new spot has variable hours, but is typically open between 3-5 p.m. or 4-6 p.m. Check their Facebook page for regular updates on daily hours.
