See how Rusty Bucket is switching things up

It appears we aren’t the only ones who get a whole new vibe once the warmer weather hits.

Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern has recently rehashed its menu, adding new eats and drinks as well as fan favorites.

Rusty Bucket Vice President Jim Sauter said the changes were made to add freshness and improve variety into the summer months.

“Our fun twist on street corn for our Baja Tacos, addition of new crowd-favorite Poke Bowl, and return of Honey Vinaigrette dressing in our Blackened Salmon Salad bring freshness to the forefront of our menu,” Sauter said.

The eatery also added several new summery cocktails.

The changes also extend to brunch, with the addition of Honey Buns (cinnamon rolls drizzled in a vanilla caramel glaze with pecans), a Denver Omelet (tavern ham, green pepper, onion, cheddar jack, and breakfast potato), and a Triple Decker Breakfast Sammich (wheat, swiss, American, cheddar, tavern ham, two eggs, tomato, scallion, and garlic aioli). These eats are available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

While the restaurant’s menu features many new items, Rusty Bucket also brought back an ever-popular sweet treat for the summer: the Strawberry Shortcake.
