Okay picture this: You’re sitting with a drink in your hand, listening to some tunes with your friends, beer in one hand, heaping plate of food in the other.

That’s the scenario for the Columbus Barrel and Bottle Fest, slated for Sept. 11 and 12 at Swan Lake Event Center, 5900 Liberty Rd. in Powell.

The two-day event features a variety of local beer, wine, and spirits vendors, as well as food trucks and local restaurant vendors. There will be mixology demonstrations, and well as a boozy glow party sponsored by the Columbus Bartending School. There will also be a two-day lineup of music, featuring Project Rewind, Corey Copper, the 750 Band, Willie Nelson Mandela Jr., Joey Hendrickson, Greg Melvin, Largemouth Brass Band, Andy Shaw, and Blue Cats.

Festival hours will be 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday. Tickets can be purchased here.
