Take a first look at nearly the entire menu of Icarus Sandwich Shop

It’s official, Icarus Sandwich shop, the new concept launched by the owners of Fox in the Snow, is opening this weekend. While we can’t fast-forward until Oct. 30 when it opens, we can show you nearly everything they’ll be offering in exquisite detail. Just don’t blame us if you’re hungry afterwards.

Classic Turkey ($13): House-roasted turkey, Icarus sweet pickles, arugula, and mayo on long-seeded Italian bread.

Turkey Club ($14): House Turkey, Icarus sweet pickles, pepper bacon, avocados,  shaved iceberg lettuce, mayo, and mustard on house-made ciabatta bread.

Reuben ($15): Seven-day brined corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss, and house-made thousand island dressing on marbled rye.

Roast Pork ($11): Slow-roasted pork, Icarus pickles, and spicy maple mustard on house-made ciabatta bread.

Meatball ($14): DeCerce family meatballs, tomato sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese on long-seeded Italian bread.

Italian-ish ($13): Sporessata salami, buffalo mozzarella, plus house-made pesto and sun-dried tomato spread on house-made sesame seed focaccia bread. This sandwich can be made vegetarian as well.

House-made chips and dip ($4): Thin-sliced potatoes fried, tossed in slices and served alongside a roasted onion dip with chives.

Not pictured:

Spicy Sopressata ($11): Spicy sopressata, whipped goat cheese, and hot honey on house-made seasame seed focaccia. 

Roasted Mushroom ($11): Roasted cremini, shiitake, and oyster mushrooms served with whipped goat cheese and and dressed arugula on a toasted baguette (vegetarian).

The new eatery will also be serving a variety of beverages, alongside soft serve ($5) in rotating flavors for dessert.
