These are the food concepts coming to Bubbly Hall

Bubbly Hall today via social media announced the concepts that will come to the New Albany food hall when it opens.

The concepts include Fay’s Crepes, Levant Elevated Mediterranean Eatery, Rocoto, Tortilla Street Food, Beyond the Brix, Willowbeez Soulveg, Afra Grill, and Solo Merengues Bakery.

Bubbly Hall, which comes courtesy of Granaz Group, is slated to open in late September at 6031 Central College Rd. The space will feature a 15,000 square-foot building and around 10,000 square feet of additional outdoor space outfitted with seating. The space will include a drive-thru space to pick up food, as well as a conference room and small party room available for rent.

Phase two, to open at the end of 2022, will feature a second building with six more vendors and a restaurant. Phase three, also slated to open at the end of 2022, will include a third building with additional specialty grocer vendors.
