Three Tigers Brewing relocating to larger space, planning canned beer sales
Three Tigers Brewing Company has served the Granville community since 2016 at 140 N. Prospect St., but the craft beer-makers are planning an expansion to a nearby space that will help ramp up the spot’s beer and food production both.
According to Three Tigers co-owner Scott Wilkins, the brewery and kitchen will be relocating across the street, to the former Granville Township Fire Department site at 133 N. Prospect St. At over 6,000 square feet, the new location will be nearly three times the size of their current digs.
“The new space is right across the street, so when we first moved into our current location, we were hoping we would get the opportunity to move into the fire station,” Wilkins said, noting that Three Tigers officially closed on the building this April.

He believes the new location will be up and running by January 2022.
It will increase the size of both their brewery and kitchen, as well as boost their brewery’s production from a 3.5 to 10-barrel system. This means that Three Tigers will begin canning and potentially kegging their beer for sale at a small number of Granville locations.
“This will be a huge jump for us,” Wilkins said.
The increased kitchen size will also allow Three Tigers to expand its food offerings. Wilkins, also the co-owner of Mai Chau Kitchen next door, sells mostly southeast Asian menu items currently, but plans to add a variety of new options, including sandwiches, seafood, and more.
