Watershed releases three new bourbon selections
Bourbon fans, listen up.
Watershed Distillery’s latest release comes courtesy of a partnership with Ohio Liquor (OHLQ). Three private barrel selections will be allocated to 25 Ohio liquor agencies across the state beginning March 22, according to a recent press release.
The three barrel releases are aged a minimum of four years in Ohio-made bourbon barrels.

The first special single barrel release, Ambry Spice, is a 116.2-proof bourbon featuring a subtle warm cinnamon and dark cherry fruit flavors for a long, warm finish.
Ohio Honeycomb features warm sherry, port, cedar, and raisin aromas with flavors of toasted oats, honeysuckle, and rich caramel. The 134.1-proof selection has a medium-long finish and apple tannins.
The third selection, Pilfer’s Pick, is a 118.2-proof bourbon featuring oat, nutmeg, cinnamon, and orange blossom flavors with a round, even finish.
All three bourbons retail for $59.99.
