Artisanal Mexican ice cream maker Dulce Vida opens new store today

Who said ice cream isn’t popular in the wintertime?

Dulce Vida, the Columbus spot for artisanal Mexican ice cream—including a variety of indulgent shake creations, frozen treats incorporating fruit, paletas (popsicles), snacks and more—has opened its newest storefront and ice cream factory.

The new Dulce Vida shop is located at 7370 Sawmill Rd. in Dublin.

The new location, which is billed as a “paleteria & ice cream factory” is Dulce Vida’s fourth location in the greater Columbus area. The artisanal ice cream makers also have storefronts on the north and west sides of Columbus, in addition to one in the Short North.

And while today is the official opening date of Dulce Vida’s new Dublin location, excited patrons will have to wait until the weekend to stop by, as all locations will be closed today due to the snow.
