“Artisan Dessert House” aims to open first brick and mortar location next month
It’s likely we’re little more than a month away from the highly-anticipated grand opening of Mjomii Artisan Dessert House.
According to an Instagram story posted by the lauded macaron-makers yesterday, Mjomii’s (pronounced “myo-mee”) first-ever brick and mortar spot is currently slated to open mid-November. And while the concept doesn’t have an exact opening date just yet, it did pass two major milestones recently.
“What a morning! We passed our health inspection and our signage went up,” the post reads. “Our next steps are to finish moving in, acclimate ourselves to the new kitchen and finish developing our menu.”

According to the Mjomii’s website, the bakery hopes to hold its soft opening by Thanksgiving.
Mjomii is located at 2560 Bethel Rd., within Carriage Place Shopping Center.
The concept initially began in 2018, and has amassed a sizable following selling French macarons in a variety of flavors online and at local farmer’s markets. Mjomii temporarily halted operations in late September to focus on launching its first brick and mortar location.
