New seafood concept featuring crawfish, crab legs and more opening this week in Polaris area

The Seasoning Crab has been in the works for nearly a full year now, but soon enough we’ll be able to try its eclectic seafood-focused menu.

That’s because the new eatery will hold its official soft opening tomorrow. The Seasoning Crab recommends making reservations, and noted that service may be slower than usual.

The new seafood restaurant is located at 8665 Sancus Blvd., just south of Polaris Fashion Place. The building has previously served as a location for Tilted Kilt and Rustic Barrel, among other things.

The Seasoning Crab’s menu features a wide variety of seafood options, including a build-your-own seafood boils (a mixture of corn, potatoes and proteins typically spread across a table to eat), a number of fried fish and shrimp options, and more.

The eatery will be open from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m.
