New spot for Coney dogs, wings and Wagyu burgers opening in Columbus Food Hall next week

What do chicken wings, Wagyu burgers, reubens and Coney dogs have in common?

Other than tasting great, they’re all on the eclectic menu of Kim’s Eatery, a brand-new ghost kitchen that’s opening soon in the Columbus Food Hall.

The restaurant will hold its grand opening on June 27, from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.

The Columbus Food Hall, formerly known as Cloud Kitchens, is a collection of commercial ghost kitchens offering food for delivery and pickup. The Columbus Food Hall is located at 1282 Essex Ave.

One of the unique benefits that ghost kitchen spaces offer is flexibility. As they Kim’s Eatery offer dine-in space for customers, multiple concepts can, and often are, run out of the same kitchen space. 

In addition to opening Kim’s Eatery, Kim’s Urban Gourmet Cuizine, offering oxtail, crab cakes, salad and burgers, and Michi Kim Bowls will also be opening in the same space.
