Despite restaurants still grappling with chicken wing supply issues, one national wing eatery is still expanding in the Columbus area.
Wingstop, the large Dallas-based chain, has recently opened a new location in Polaris. The restaurant is located at 8731 Sandy’s Blvd., just south of Polaris Fashion Place.
The Polaris location is Wingstop’s 10th storefront in the Columbus area.

Wingstop, like many other eateries. has been affected by the recent chicken wing shortage. One of the ways they’ve combatted this in the Columbus market and others across the country is with the introduction of chicken thighs to a menu that previously offered only boneless and traditional wings.
The new Polaris eatery is open from 11 a.m. until midnight Thursday through Saturday, 11 a.m. until 8:45 p.m. Sunday and Wednesday, and 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.
