The Rail is coming to Grandview.

The restaurant, which was launched in 2011 by the Wooster-based Mike Mariola Restaurant Group, is adding a second Columbus-area location at Grandview Crossing.

A new mixed-use development at the corner of Dublin Road and Grandview Avenue, Grandview Crossing will feature apartments, retail storefronts, parking garages and even a hotel. The development is currently under construction.

The Rail has not announced when it plans to open the new eatery yet.

“With the success we’ve seen at our first Columbus-area Rail in Dublin, we are extremely optimistic that Grandview Crossings will drive heavy demand for our concept,” said Mike Mariola, Founder at Mike Mariola Restaurants in a press release. “We have a passion for creating uniquely crafted, local burgers, that pair incredibly well with Ohio-brewed beer.”

The eatery, which also has locations in Dublin, Akron and Strongsville serves burgers made from Ohio-raised cattle and a variety of local craft beers.
