Take a first look at the new Emmett’s Cafe inside the historic Open Air building

You’ve heard of (and seen) Understory, the new sister brewery to Wolf’s Ridge that opened in the city’s historic Open Air building earlier this month. Now it’s time to say hello to its new neighbor.

Emmett’s Cafe–the popular High street spot for breakfast sandwiches and a variety of caffeinated beverages–has opened its second location inside the Open Air building.

With the same great food and drink options regular patrons have come to expect, Emmett’s has also imbued the space with a chic atmosphere that’s similar to its original eatery, while maintaining more than enough Open Air charm for it to feel like a truly new space.
