Cameron Mitchell Restaurants shares opening date of Italian eatery featuring wood-fired pizza, mozzarella bar

Columbus is lucky enough to have a handful of new Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR) concepts in the works, and now we know when one of them plans to open its door.

According to a CMR representative, Valentina’s, the restaurant group’s new Dublin-based Italian Eatery, plans to open its doors on July 18. The eatery pushed its original target opening date back from May 30.

Valentina’s, which was named after Valentina Abbona, an owner of the historic Marchesi di Barolo winery in northern Italy, is located at 4595 Bridge Park Ave. in Dublin’s Bridge Park development.

The new eatery, which CMR President David Miller said in a press release earlier this year will create “a cozy and an immersive dining experience that will truly transport guests,” is one of several anticipated new concepts from the Columbus restaurant group.

In German Village, CMR will open an Italian restaurant named Cento in the former home of G. Michael’s. Cento is slated to open this summer. Additionally, Butcher & Rose, a new CMR steakhouse coming to Downtown Columbus, will likely open next summer.
