Holy Crepes, a Paris-inspired Columbus food truck, will open its first brick and mortar eatery inside of North Market Bridge Park, which is located at 6750 Longshore St. in Dublin.

The creperie is set to open this summer, although an exact opening date has not yet been announced.

The eatery, which has been serving Columbus since 2017, offers a wide range of both sweet and savory crepes, including flavors such as Nutella and Banana, Strawberry and Whipped Cream, Chicken and Waffles, Ham and Cheese, Philly Cheesesteak and more. Holy Crepes also offers dessert items like waffles, beignets and ice cream.

“We’re thrilled to be joining the North Market Bridge Park community of merchants this summer,” Enis Ndreu, the owner of Holy Crepes, said in a press release. “We’re excited to bring our delicious crepes and other treats to the Dublin area and to be a part of the North Market’s commitment to showcasing local businesses.”

The concept will be located in a “prime spot” within North Market Bridge Park, taking over the space at the southwest corner of the marketplace that was previously home to Kintsugi Sushi Bar.
