Unique restaurant chain serving fried chicken inside waffle cones opens first Columbus location

Many curious foodies have had their eyes locked on central Ohio’s first-ever Chick’nCone location, and after a lengthy wait, opening day for the anticipated concept has arrived.

Chick’nCone officially held the soft opening of its newest eatery, which is located at 422 Polaris Pkwy. 

The post noted the new location will be open from 3-8 p.m. daily until its grand opening, under which hours will be expanded.

The concept, which is based in Bangor, Pennsylvania, had teased its Columbus opening over the last six months, before making its soft opening official in a post last week. Central Ohio will now be able to grab a variety of “portable chicken and waffles dishes,” including its signature, which features chicken strips inside a waffle cone topped with one of several sauces..

Chick’nCone now operates nearly 30 locations across North America, in addition to several in the United Arab Emirates.
