National outdoor apparel store opening first Columbus location
A national outdoor apparel retailer has launched its first-ever location in Columbus.
The Bozeman, Montana-based outdoor and hunting clothing store Sitka Gear will open its first central Ohio storefront this weekend.
The store, which is located at 4173 Worth Ave., will hold its grand opening on Jan. 11, from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. The grand opening celebration will include in-store deals, raffles, and more. The first 150 customers to enter the store will receive a gift bag and “special Sitka swag.”

The 3,430 square-foot storefront will offer a variety of Sitka products, with the brand describing itself as “a leader in technical hunting and outdoor apparel.”
Sitka’s Columbus location will be the Montana-based brand’s 8th storefront nationally, and the first in Ohio. It also operates stores in Georgia, Illinois, Montana, North Carolina, Texas, in addition to two Minnesota locations.
