Popular rapid-fire pizza concept abruptly closed location due to rent negotiations 

In late December, a pizzeria known for rapid, wood-fired individual pizzas and salads closed a location.

MOD Pizza, located at 6181 Sawmill Rd. Suite A, closed December 27th. A manager at another location told 614Now that rent negotiations failed through, and that rent in Dublin is becoming increasingly more expensive.

The pizzeria’s other Central Ohio locations are still open & thriving, and you can grab a delicious Tristan Pizza (with Mozzarella, Asiago, Mushrooms, Roasted Red Peppers, Garlic Pesto Finish) in Gahanna, Pickerington, and Lancaster.
