The eatery, according to Ai, will leverage decades of professional restaurant experience and a family love of ramen to create a hearty and accessible new ramen concept. And speaking of accessibility, Hiro Ramen will utilize its location inside a former Burger King to the fullest, as customers will be able to pick up orders from the building’s drive-thru window.
Another unique feature of Hiro Ramen is the inclusion of robotic servers. A fixture in some ramen restaurants, especially in Asia, Ai said the robots will likely serve dine-in customers food, and may even be utilized to bring drive-thru orders to customers.
